1. Take a cold bath.

Taking a cold bath has proven to be one of the best ways to accelerate your blood circulation system and activate your metabolic system plus make you more awake and less sleepy.
So taking a cold bath at the beginning of any day is highly recommended and can guarantee that you have much energetic day.

2. Brush Your teeth.

During sleep some bacteria and germs may accumulate in your mouth and it can yield some undesirable taste and odor that can ruin your day later. So brushing your teeth and tongue and mouth in early morning is such a good habit to adapt to have a better day.

3. Do some walking or exercise.

It has been proven multiple times by scientists that having at least 15 minutes of walking or exercise in early morning can accelerate your blood circulation, Accelerate you metabolic system, make you feel more energetic and less sleepy.

So before having a cold shower, we suggest walking or exercising for at least 15 minutes.

4. Drink at least half liter of water.

When you wake up one of the best things to do is to drink some water in order to activate your digestive system, Hydrate your body and kidneys and overall make your body healthier over the course of time.

5. Visit WC

Upon our research, we found out that majority of people that visit WC in early morning and empty their guts before starting the day are overall feeling better throughout the day.

This is not scientifically proven yet but according to most of the surveys having an early morning toilet visit can help your day.

6. Listen to some motivational/spiritual speeches.

We figure out that listening to some motivational or spiritual speeches can pump you up and make you more energetic throughout the day.

7. Plan for the day.
