To that broken-hearted girl,

How are you doing today? I know that you do not feel well at all. You feel so tired of constantly feeling worthless. You feel that your world is in a complete shutdown. Your world has become too bland to feel even an inch of happiness. You might not have any reasons to keep fighting.

The memories are haunting you every day while you are asleep. Your heart is racing from the excruciating pain. The anxiety that you feel is making you feel very weak. At 3:00 am, you have always come to a realization that your heart still beats for him. You still miss his hugs, kisses and it is too hard to get over the smell of his perfume.

You feel like there is no more joy left within you. You want to die because no one truly cares for you. He cheated on you even if you loved him dearly. You made all the efforts, but he still chooses someone else. It hurts like hell hoping that he is different. You invested so much time with him, but he did not even think twice about hurting you.

You trusted him so much because you thought that he was true to his words. You trusted him because you thought that he made you feel loved along the way. You trusted him because he was the one who lifted you in times that you were drowning in pain and misery.

He said all the hurtful words. He told you so many lies. It hurts you every day that he is no longer a part of your journey. You did not wish for this ending. You have always thought of him as the guy that you will marry. You always thought that he was already the one for you. But sad to say that those plans are gone forever. Sadly, both of you did not withstand all the struggles in your relationship.

You may feel like this is the end of your journey, but this is not the end of the line for you. After the pain subsides, you will become a stronger version of yourself with so much wisdom. There are still a lot of wonderful things aligned for you.

The pain that you are feeling now will not last forever. It is okay to embrace that feeling of emptiness because it is part of the healing process. It is okay to cry if you want to. It does not make you any less to be sad. It is okay to acknowledge that you are not strong for now.

It is not easy to accept everything that happened because you shared a part of yourself with him. You do not have to force yourself to be okay if you are still hurting because you are just making things more complicated.
Do not regret anything because you learned so much from that experience. Use it to be braver and better in life. What is important is it made you happy at some point. You can no longer force him to stay, but you always have the choice to see the brighter things in life.

You have to know that there are still people who are rooting for you to succeed. A broken heart will not be the death of you because it will only make you better moving forward. You have to believe in yourself that you can get out of this darkness. You have to believe that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. You have to keep on living. You have to keep sailing because life is always uncertain.

Someday, you will be glad that you did not give up. Soon it will no longer feel that way. You will no longer be carrying those unnecessary burdens. Someday, it will make sense as to why it did not work out with him. Someday, you will be the happiest woman again because you will have someone who knows how to treat you right. Someday, you will be able to smile again despite the scars. Embrace them.
Let go and be free!

There are two things I love to write about, one of them is travel and the second is food. Why not combine both of them and come up with relationships.
